Our promise is to deliver high-quality services that fulfill our clients’ needs. We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction, and we even offer a money-back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied. Please note that a 40% administration fee will be charged for all refunds.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
- If you purchased a “Special Package.”
- If you have approved the design or any other service provided by us, or if we have submitted at least two revised options for your project.
- If work has commenced on your project and two or more design or service revisions were made at your request.
- If the business for which the design or service is intended closes, changes its name, or alters its line of business.
- If the project was canceled for reasons unrelated to the quality of work provided by Required Marketing Group Inc.
- If you do not communicate with Required Marketing Group Inc. for more than three months following the submission of the design or service.
Required Marketing Group Inc. reserves the right to determine any applicable refunds for projects involving design, marketing, or printing based on the resources and hours utilized. Refunds are limited to the value of the original order, and we are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from delays in project delivery.
SHIPPING AND INCIDENTAL COSTS
Refunds do not cover shipping charges, postal charges, or any associated incidental or consequential damages or claims. Required Marketing Group Inc. is not liable for these costs.
TURNAROUND TIME
Our turnaround time largely depends on client responsiveness. If clients provide timely feedback and clear instructions, turnaround time is typically minimized. Conversely, delays in providing content, approvals, or revisions can significantly extend project timelines. While we strive to provide realistic turnaround, estimates based on our experience, these times are not guaranteed.
THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Occasionally, we may include third-party products or services on our website. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies, and we have no responsibility or liability for their content or activities. Nonetheless, we aim to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback regarding these links.
SERVICE RESTRICTIONS
Required Marketing Group Inc. does not provide services related to adult content or pornography. We reserve the right to refuse any service request that does not align with our business values.
MONEY TRANSFER PROCEDURE
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. If you paid using a credit card, the refund may take up to nine business days to reflect in your account.
PROJECT INACTIVITY POLICY
Throughout the project, Required Marketing Group Inc. will maintain consistent communication with the client regarding edits, revisions, and timelines. If a client fails to provide necessary feedback within 28 days, the project may be removed from our active servers and placed in a dormant database. Reactivating such projects may incur a $75 (USD) un-archiving fee, which is at the sole discretion of Required Marketing Group Inc.
If a client fails to communicate with Required Marketing Group Inc. for more than 90 days, the project will be considered abandoned, and any deposits or payments will be retained as a kill-fee. Reactivating an abandoned project will require new retainer fees and will follow our current pricing structure, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by an authorized representative.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All artwork, designs, edits, revisions, and work products created during the project remain the exclusive intellectual property of Required Marketing Group Inc., except for the final design that is accepted by the client. Unauthorized use of any interim work without prior written consent from Required Marketing Group Inc. is strictly prohibited.
We strive to use free images in our designs, but we may occasionally use licensed images to enhance the design quality. Clients are responsible for purchasing these images from stock photography websites, as Required Marketing Group Inc. cannot cover these costs.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We offer a satisfaction guarantee to ensure our clients feel secure in our competence, services, delivery, and quality. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, contact Required Marketing Group Inc. within 90 days, and we will work to resolve the issue. We provide free corrections, and if we cannot reach an agreement, we will issue a refund for the service provided, minus any applicable fees.
